UZSC Meet, January 12th -13th
50m Surface: 00:31.66" PERSONAL BEST
100m Surface: 01:12.26" PERSONAL BEST
50m APNEA: Disq. (A3 - DNF)
This was a good weekend for me despite the APNEA
disappointment. I felt absolutely up for these races and the
training I have done continued to pay off.
I have now done THREE PB times in 100m Surface (Long
Course) since April 2007 and am seriously up for a 4th in the
next 2-3 months.

John Lavender had a mixed selection of results including a
narrowly-missed PB time in the 25m APNEA dash, but with
an infuriatingly slow 0:40.32" for the 50 surface.
