We have received dates for the Aldershot 50-metre pool
sessions for the first part of the year.
Notes and News
I returned from Australia on February 13th and whilst away I
trained with Tasmania Tridentz FSC. We had some time trials on
one of the training days and I swam a PB.
Josh Morton also swam a PB in a Time-trial on Feburary 27th.
