Summary
Four Sets of  8 x 25m dynamic APNEA starting with a ten-breath preparation, done Twice.

Detail
Each 25m is followed by a reducing breath-count recovery from 10 breaths to 9 breaths then eventually to 4, 3, or
even 2 breaths.

Once you have found your shortest recovery, Say 3 breaths, you go back up the session to 4 breaths, then 5, 6, etc.,
all the way up to 10.
Then repeat the session.

The Result
Total distance:  2 x 4 x (8 x 25m) = 1600m
